Send an email to support@mindnode.com including these informations:
- The operating system running on your device
- The MindNode version number (macOS: main menu on top of your screen > MindNode >About MindNode; iOS: MindNode > Settings (the little gear icon) > at the bottom of the screen)
- Detailed description of the problem
- Steps to reproduce the bug
- Possibly screenshots & -recordings
- Potentially a file that's making troubles
These informations hopefully allow us to reproduce the issue and in a next step fix it asap.
