Our latest MindNode update is here, and it’s packed with upgrades that make capturing, refining, and organizing your ideas more enjoyable than ever.
MindNode 2025.7 introduces a more capable Inspector and brings Aliases to your documents in Finder and the Files app. It also reintroduces several highly requested classic features: direct export to Things & OmniFocus and automatic theme syncing.
Improved Inspector
The Inspector has been thoughtfully redesigned to give you more precise control over how your ideas appear. Easily size your nodes and images to create cleaner layouts and better visual alignment. Want your Stickers to stand out? Apply custom tint colors to give them personality and help your mind maps reflect your unique style.
MindNode Alias
Access your documents faster with the new MindNode Alias feature. Simply drag any MindNode document from the document browser to your Desktop or any folder in Finder or the Files app. MindNode will automatically create an Alias that opens the document instantly. It’s a lightweight, convenient shortcut to keep your most important ideas just one click away.
Things & OmniFocus Integration
Turning ideas into action is easier than ever. Whether you're brainstorming or planning your next big project, you can now export tasks directly from MindNode to two of the most popular task managers—Things and OmniFocus. With just a click from the Task menu, your tasks move seamlessly into your workflow.
Theme Sync Across All Devices
We recently introduced Personal Themes, giving you more creative freedom over how your mind maps look. With this update, the Themes you create or import from places like our Theme Gallery now stay automatically in sync across all your devices. Your visual style travels with you, wherever you work.
Apple Intelligence Title Suggestions (macOS)
Naming documents is now a little smarter. When you rename a file, Apple Intelligence suggests relevant titles to help you quickly find the perfect name and stay organized.
