Whether you'd like to work on a big project with your colleagues, plan an event with your family, or brainstorm with your friends, our Live Collaboration feature is the right choice. All the participants can edit the document simultaneously, as always with shared documents in MindNode Next. But with Live Collaboration enabled other participants can see your changes in real-time as well as where you're working on the document and vice versa.

Currently, the MindNode Next Live Collaboration feature is still in Beta. Meaning there's still a lot of work and active development being put into it. So some things might not work as seamlessly as you're used to from MindNode, at times we might have to disable it, and some behaviors might still change. On the other hand, we especially appreciate your feedback, experience, and thoughts on the matter. So feel free to send us an email to beta@mindnode.com! We'd love to hear from you.

Note: Undo does not work during Live Collaboration at this moment. We hope to have a solution soon.

To enable Live Collaboration, please follow these steps:

On macOS:

• Open the Settings in MindNode Next

• Go to the Sync tab
• Toggle on Live Collaboration (Beta)

On iOS:

• Open the Settings in MindNode Next
• Go to Live Collaboration (Beta)

• Toggle on Live Collaboration

On visionOS:

• Open the Settings in MindNode Next
• Go to Live Collaboration (Beta)

• Toggle on Live Collaboration

Please keep in mind that all collaborators must use MindNode Next, as collaboration does not work with MindNode Classic.
