Updated Privacy Policy

Your privacy is very important for us, and not only a legal necessity. The public facing part of our privacy efforts is our privacy policy and we updated it today to reflect changes we implemented recently.

As for most of you, reading the privacy policy is not that interesting, I'll try to give you a general idea in plain written english on what has changed.

Moving your data to Europe

Though we do most of our our development in house, we use external services to store and deliver data to us. This includes, Newsletter providers, help desk provider and data storage for our MyMindNode web service.

In the last couple of months we have switched to providers in the European Economic Area for help desk, email hosting and newsletter management. All other providers are participants of the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield and if supported by the provided we store the data in European data centres. With the current quickly changing political climate, it's our goal to move all of our data to servers and providers in the EEA.

If you are interested in the details please read our update Privacy Policy and contact us if you have any concerns.
